It’s All Over

It’s all over when the trumpet sounds,

    God’s people will leave these cursed grounds.

It’s all over when the trumpet sounds,

    True Salvation has no rebounds

It’s God’s way that does the trick

    Any other way will just never stick

As He said, it’s only the chosen few

    That God Himself really ever knew

It is the ones who found space to repent

    And then God’s way they all went

They were all baptized in His Name

    And His Wonderful Name they did claim

They are filled with God Himself

    And they don’t sit back on some dirty shelf.

They continue to strive for perfection

    And endure all of God’s correction.

They endure until the end of the race

    And are saved by God’s forgiving grace.

Soon they will put on the wedding gowns

    It’s all over when the trumpet sounds.
